Clare re-joined Watkins & Gunn in May 2019 after taking her initial steps on the legal ladder with the firm 15 years prior.

She is a Legal Executive based in our busy residential property department at our Pontypool and Cardiff offices.

Her work is made up of 80-85% sale and purchases and 15-20% transfers of equity and remortgages and she is supervised by the Head of Department Joanne Whitehead.

Experience

After completing her Law Degree in 2004 Clare become a qualified member of the institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and achieved Fellowship status in 2012.

Clare has worked exclusively within the field of Conveyancing throughout her career and has developed an extensive level of knowledge and experience in the process.

Clare deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties, including New Build and Shared Ownership properties.

Clare prides herself on providing a professional yet approachable, personable service towards clients, always aiming to ensure the transaction runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Outside of Work

Clare loves spending time walking in beautiful surroundings with her wife and 2 dogs as well as having passions for food, travel and rugby.
