Leah is a Senior Associate and Head of the Private Family Team.

She specialises in all aspects of Family Law to include complex high end financial cases involving businesses and partnerships, million pound plus investments, million plus pensions pots, multi property portfolios, foreign properties, yachts, cohabitation disputes including ToLATA proceedings,  pre and post nuptial agreements, issues of jurisdiction on divorce, complex Children Act cases.

She has over 20 years’ experience and is highly regarded in her field.

She is an extremely confident all rounder. She is known for her professionalism, is extremely knowledgeable and prides herself on offering clients, not only an empathetic and honest approach throughout their case, but also clear, robust, constructive, detailed and practical advice.

Leah confidently deals with high-net-worth financial cases.  She is skilled at getting to the crux of a case quickly and efficiently.

She is the only Welsh speaking Resolution Accredited Specialist for complex lower, higher income and cohabitation cases in South Wales.

Leah is a native Welsh speaker, and confidently represents clients through the medium of Welsh,

and has a growing client base within the Welsh speaking community in South Wales.

She is passionate about being able to provide that expert service to those who seek it through the medium of Welsh/ or English.

She also regularly appears on BBC Cymru commenting on family law matters.

Outside of work

Leah is a keen world traveller, enjoying the wonders of the world with her husband and two daughters. She also loves to spend her free time and weekends exploring the outdoors with her family.
