Elise joined Watkins and Gunn in June 2023. She is a Trainee Solicitor in the Employment team. She is supervised by Team Head, Lisa Guscott.
Experience
Prior to joining Watkins and Gunn, Elise gained experience in the non-profit sector acting for employees in Employment Tribunal cases. Since joining Watkins and Gunn, Elise has begun to focus on supporting employees who belong to Trade Unions.
Elise has experience in claims for unfair dismissal, multi-discrimination, unlawful deductions of wages and redundancy.
Education
Elise obtained her undergraduate law degree in 2021 and completed her Legal Practice Course in October 2023 combined with a master’s degree focusing on the rights of menopausal employees.
Outside of work
In her spare time, Elise enjoys yoga, reading and pole fitness.
