Kate Roberts - Family 

Kate qualified in 2003 as a solicitor and has wroked in Watkins & Gunn since 2009

Specialist Areas :
Her specialist areas are all aspects of family law, particularly complex child care cases. She has extensive experience and a high level of knowledge in these areas. She is an accredited Children Lawyer enabling her to act on behalf of children through their court appointed guardians and parents involved in care proceedings. She also represents parents and children involve in complex private law proceedings, such as residence, contact, prohibited steps etc. Kate also represents parents who lack capacity, via the official solicitor.
