Aisha joined Watkins & Gunn in in April 2019 and is a member of our residential property department. She is based at our Cardiff office and is a qualified Legal Executive.
Experience
Aisha completed her law degree in May 2017 and then gained experience at a busy conveyancing firm before joining Watkins and Gunn to further her experience and interest in property law. Alongside her work, Aisha has qualified as a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2020 and has since qualified as a Fellow of the Institute.
Aisha deals with residential property conveyancing transactions on a daily basis including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties. Her work is made up of 80-85% sale and purchases and 15-20% transfers of equity and remortgages. She is supervised by Clare Touhig-Gamble.
Aisha strives to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients and prides herself on her helpful and friendly attitude.

Aisha loves spending time with her family in her spare time. Aisha loves to do Art and also enjoys cooking (especially trying new recipes!)
