Professional Qualifications
Vivienne has a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice (QCF) and is CIPD accredited (the CIPD is the professional body for HR and people development).

In 2012, Vivienne won the ‘Extra Mile’ Award in local businesses (in Newport).
Outside of work
Vivienne loves cooking and baking, spending time with her grandchildren and – if given five minutes to herself – sitting down to do a crossword puzzle!
