Danielle qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2024. Since joining the firm in 2013, Danielle quickly proved herself to be extremely able and has gone on to become an essential team member of the Private Client Team. She is based in our Pontypool office but travels to see clients in all of our offices. She deals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate matters and Deeds of Variation.
In February 2022 Danielle carried out training with Alzheimer’s Society and became a Dementia Friend.
Experience
Danielle joined the Private Client Department in February 2015. She became a CILEX Probate Practitioner in May 2021 and went on to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2024 and to become a CILEX Lawyer. She spends 100% of her time dealing with Private Client matters – typically her work is split between Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (60%), and other matters (40%) as follows – Right of Occupation Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Grant Only and Full Administration Probate matters. The Supervising Director for the Team is Sophie Hughes.
