Court of Protection & LPAs Making a Will Wills and Probate

Danielle is a Paralegal. Since joining the firm in 2013, Danielle quickly proved herself to be  extremely able and  has gone on to become an essential team member of the Private Client Team. She is based in our Pontypool office but travels to see clients in all of our offices.  She deals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate matters and Continuing Healthcare Claims.

Experience

Danielle joined the Private Client Department in February 2015. She obtained her Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx)  Level 3 Certificate in Private Client Practice in September 2017 and is continuing her studies to become a CILEx Probate Practitioner and ultimately a Chartered Legal Executive. She spends 100% of her time dealing with Private Client matters – typically her work is split between Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (60%), and other matters (40%) as follows –   right of occupation trusts, Grant only probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate full Administration under supervision.   She is supervised by Linda Dack.
