Retainer Package

Businesses that utilise our retainer service can expect to significantly reduce their risk of becoming the subject of Employment Tribunal litigation. This is particularly significant following the removal of Employment Tribunal fees with the estimated increase in Tribunal Claims by approximately 70% since the fees were abolished in 2017.

However should you find yourself in this position we are able to deal with any claim brought against you. We can assist with drafting pleadings, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness evidence, settlement negotiations and representing you at the hearing. We will also liaise directly with ACAS throughout the proceedings.

We are able to assist in all types of Employment Tribunal claims, from a straightforward claim for unpaid wages to complex unfair dismissal/discrimination claims. We can also advise in relation to TUPE transfers and/or redundancy situations.

We can provide a range of services including reviewing policies and procedures, drafting contracts  and staff in-house training.
