We are looking for a talented and experienced Public/Administrative Law Solicitor to lead our Public Law team. Acting primarily for claimants, the department conducts a wide range of cases, including education, social care, service change/closure, and inquests/inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small, high-performing team
• Handle complex public law cases, including judicial review proceedings in the High Court
• Ensure strong compliance with legal aid and Lexcel requirements
• Drive business development and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Extensive experience in public law and judicial review
• Knowledge of legal aid funding
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
