Roula joined the firm in January 2025 as an employment solicitor.
Prior to joining Watkins & Gunn, Roula gained several years experience acting for employees in Employment Tribunal cases and also advising both employees and employers on all aspects of employment matters. This includes settlement agreement, Disciplinary and investigation procedures, discrimination cases, redundancy, unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages.
Additionally, Roula has experience in dealing and advising employees who are members of Trade Unions.
Alongside contentious matters, Roula has worked on non-contentions matters such as drafting employment contract and grievance procedures.
She is supervised by Lisa Guscott.

Outside of Work
Roula enjoys making handmade jewellery and used to have my own business. She also likes going for walks with her children.
