Powers of Attorney
Along with making a Will everyone should consider the possibility that they may become incapable of managing their own affairs. If this happens it is possible to appoint someone to manage your affairs by making what is called a Power of Attorney. We can advise you in detail regarding this. If you do not then your loved ones may have to make an application to the Court of Protection – a costly and lengthy process.
